All of the coaches at Lake George CrossFit are CrossFit Level One trainers (you can find them in the CrossFit trainer directory). This is significant because you should expect the same thing from your trainers as would from your dentist or accountant…that they are actually qualified in what they are doing.

Through our 4+ years of experience we have crafted the values, priorities, and program we provide you today. While nothing gets people more excited than performing a lifetime best on a workout or a lift, at Lake George CrossFit safety comes first. While CrossFit is well known for the relative intensity of the program, we don’t believe intensity comes before technique. Please understand that technique is our primary focus and we instill this philosophy into our members. Also, there is nothing random about our programming, we take a systematic approach to improving your fitness. You won’t find us maxing out on lifts each week. We follow strict progressions with the goal of increasing strength and capacity in an realistic, safe, and incremental approach.
Through proper instruction and intelligent programming our primary goal is to keep our members healthy and strong. With good health and dedication we have proven our programming provides the results our members are seeking.
Lake George CrossFit is more than a gym; it is a friendly and encouraging community of members achieving their fitness goals. By our gym catering to no one, we cater to everyone. We have members ranging in age from 14 all the way to early-70’s. Our members are high school and college students, working professionals, busy moms and dads, and retirees.
